• Strictly No +1s.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• 6pm and onwards are out of hours, so are £15 extra.

• 9pm and onwards are out of hours, so are £25 extra.

• £30 cancellation fee is applied next time you book, if you cancel up to 48hrs.

• You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48hrs (if the next appointment is within 14 days).

• £10 late fee is applied after 10mins

• £15 late fee is applied after 15mins

• After 20mins your appointment will be sadly cancelled and you will be noted down as a no show.

• No shows are charged a £30 re-booking fee.

• If you are booking for a family or friend, please complete the booking with THEIR personal details only (phone number, full name and email)

• I do not fill over other lash techs work, removal and full sets with me only.

• Please allow 12-24hrs for a response.

• I do not take payment in advance.

• Currently only accepting the remaining Balance in cash only.

• Classic infill cut off date is 4weeks. Hybrid, Volume & Classic Extra Full infill cut off date is 3 weeks. One day over and it is priced as a full set. When you book, you will be asked to tick a box acknowledging you are in your infill time period.
